We believe exceptional interior design should come with a clear understanding of the process and the investment involved.
Dawni Sawa Interiors offers professional design services at $175 per hour, giving our clients the flexibility to use our expertise where they need it most—whether designing a complete new build or renovation, selecting finishes and materials, or bringing the final details of a home together.
Before design work begins, we establish the scope of your project and provide an estimated number of design hours, so you have a clear understanding of the anticipated design investment from the start.
WHAT YOUR DESIGN TIME MAY INCLUDE
Material, finish and fixture sourcing • Furniture and furnishing selections • Product specification schedules • CAD drawings and design documentation • Showroom appointments • Client meetings • Job-site walk-throughs • Design coordination • Up to two rounds of revisions
Every project is different, which is why we believe an hourly structure provides both flexibility and transparency. You receive professional design support based on what your project actually requires rather than paying for services you may not need.
For projects requiring travel more than 30 minutes outside our general San Fernando Valley / Los Angeles service area, travel time is billed at $75 per hour.
initial DESIGN consultation
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR HOME.
Every successful project starts with understanding how you want your home to look, feel and function.
Our initial consultation is $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. During this meeting, we walk through your project, discuss your goals and priorities, explore your design aesthetic, review likes and dislikes, and determine the appropriate level of design support for your project.
If you decide to move forward, Dawni Sawa Interiors will prepare a customized Design Agreement within 72 hours outlining your scope of work, estimated design hours, fees, billing terms and required retainer.
Once the signed agreement and retainer are received, your project is scheduled to begin—typically within two weeks or less.
Retainers are based on the estimated scope of each project and are applied toward your design fees.

Working with Dawni Sawa Interiors may provide access to designer and trade pricing on select furniture, furnishings, materials and services that may not otherwise be available at standard retail pricing.
When we receive a qualifying trade discount greater than 10%, we share 50% of that discount with our client.
